In light of the recent typhoon that severely affected our brothers and sisters in Cebu, the Panabo City Youth Development Office, together with the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons and the Local Youth Development Council, is launching a 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: "𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐨𝐧 𝐊𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮.”

This initiative aims to gather donations and extend support to the affected families and communities. We believe that even the smallest amount—a simple act of giving—can create a meaningful impact when one together.

𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗔𝗗 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 marked a significant milestone for the Panabo Youth Leaders Organization (PYLO) as it opened a new chapter of leadership, service, and youth empowerment.

Held last October 4, 2025 at the Function Hall, 3F New City Hall, Brgy. J.P. Laurel, Panabo City, the event brought together aspiring and current youth leaders from various schools, communities, and churches for a day filled with inspiration, learning, and connection.

The highlights of the event included empowering messages, engaging activities, and the election of PYLO’s new set of officers, signaling fresh beginnings for the organization. It was also a moment to express gratitude to the outgoing officers for their unwavering service and dedication.

With new members and leaders on board, PYLO is ready to continue its mission of empowering the youth and creating meaningful change in the community. 🚀💫

🌟 Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 was more than just a celebration — it was a powerful reminder of what the Filipino youth can achieve when united by purpose, passion, and service. 🇵🇭✨

PYLO proudly took part in the weeklong festivities, showcasing the strength of youth leadership and their commitment to building a better future.

The celebration opened with a vibrant Foot Parade, where the PYLO delegation marched alongside fellow youth from different communities. It wasn't just a parade — it was a moving symbol of unity and pride. The streets were filled with cheers, waving flags, and a shared energy that could only come from the youth standing together.

In the days that followed, PYLO also attended Pagpakanaug, where thought-provoking discussions and inspiring stories sparked reflection and growth. Surrounded by like-minded young leaders, PYLOgenies deepened their understanding of what it means to lead with heart, serve with humility, and act with vision.

The celebration culminated with the Gawad Parangal, a prestigious awarding ceremony that honored outstanding youth achievements. As names were called and applause filled the venue, the PYLO team stood proud — not only to witness success but to be reminded that each effort, no matter how small, contributes to lasting change.

From the parade grounds to the seminar hall and the awarding stage, PYLO carried the banner of youth empowerment with pride. Their presence throughout the week spoke volumes — that the youth are not just the hope of tomorrow, but the changemakers of today.
