Municipality of Santa Ana - Planning and Development Office Issues locational clearances and zoning certifications.

Pursuant to Sec. 476 of RA 7160, this Office initiates the formulation and oversees the implementation of a people-powered comprehensive development planning effort for improved quality of life.

PAALALA PIMPEÑOS | Bago po tayo bumili o magpareserve ng lupa tulad ng “subdivided lots” o “raw lots”, mahalaga na tiyakin kung lehitimo ang developer o nagbebenta. Siguraduhin na maipakita nila ang mga kinakailangang dokumento gaya ng:

✔️Reclassification Ordinance mula sa Sangguniang Bayan
✔️Conversion Order mula sa DAR
✔️Developmental Permit mula sa LGU
✔️License to Sell mula sa DHSUD
✔️Technical Description o titulo ng lupa
✔️Site Development Plan na may pirma at tatak ng MPDO at Municipal Mayor

❗Kung wala po silang maipakita, agad pong makipag-ugnayan sa ating Municipality of Santa Ana - Planning and Development Office (MPDO) upang masiguro ang kaligtasan ng inyong puhunan.
