To help in the alleviation of the problem of unemployment and underemployment in the province through provision of quality and industry-based skills enhancement to employed and unemploy

ed adults and coordination with stakeholders for possible entry level work or self employment. MANDATE

Pursuant to Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 134, dated June 1, 1998 authorizing the Governor of Pampanga to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with TESDA and DPWH in the construction of the PMTC building in the PEO Compound, Sindalan, City of San Fernando. June 29, 1998 – MOA executed between PGP & TESDA in the establishment of the Provincial Manpower Training Center and whose mandate is to provide TESDA accredited technical – vocational education and training programs.
