A. CSC - Prescribed Qualification Standard
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)
B. Preferred Qualifications (Competency-based)
Training: Eight (😎 hours of training in monitoring, and evaluation, policy/program development, juvenile justice and welfare
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, policy/program development, LGU or inter-agency coordination, juvenile justice and welfare
Job Summary:
The Social Welfare Officer III shall be the focal person of the RJJWC in the region, providing assistance and support to the RJJWC in performing its mandate, duties and functions, in accordance with RA 9344 as amended and its IRR. He/She oversees the implementation of programs, projects, and activities identified in the RJJWC work and financial plan. He/She likewise coordinates with the RJJWC member agencies, with other partners and stakeholders at the LGU levels, and with the National Secretariat.

4. Certificate of Relevant Training, learning, and development interventions and seminars attended.
5. Copy of duly signed Individual Performance Contract Review/Summary of Rating of Performance Contract Assessment in the present position, if applicable.
