As the Artillery Regiment approaches its 19th Anniversary, the 10th Field Artillery “Rolling Thunder” Battalion proudly joins in honoring nearly two decades of dedicated service, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to the nation.

Guided by the theme, “Transforming Army Artillery through Efficiency, Innovation, and Readiness,” the regiment continues to strengthen its capabilities in support of the Philippine Army’s mission and vision towards Army 2040.

Together, we honor the courage, professionalism, and sacrifices of every artillery trooper who continues to uphold the proud legacy of the Artillery Regiment.

Joint Littoral Live Fire Exercise Unleashes Artillery Power

In a powerful demonstration of combined arms capabilities, the Joint Artillery Littoral Live Fire Exercise (JALLFX) was successfully executed from May 27–28, 2026, along the shores of Barangay Penansaran, Datu Blah Sinsuat, Maguindanao del Norte. Serving as a major highlight of Maritime Exercise (MAREX) 2026, the two-day intensive drill was specifically designed to sharpen external defense strategies. The exercise brought together premier artillery assets from both the land and naval branches of the military, testing their combined readiness in a strategic coastal environment.

The synchronized operations unit included the 6th, 7th, and 10th Field Artillery Battalions from the Artillery Regiment, Philippine Army, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Philippine Navy's 15th and 17th Marine Companies of the Philippine Marine Corps. This seamless integration allowed the units to practice coordinated, real-time maneuvers, significantly enhancing the interoperability of all artillery forces tasked with safeguarding the region.

Brigadier General Aldrin Annani, Deputy Commander for External Defense Operations of the Western Mindanao Command, graced the event as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. His presence underscored the immense strategic value of these live-fire drills, highlighting the military's steadfast commitment to securing the nation's littoral borders and ensuring a unified, rapid response to evolving security challenges.
