𝙋𝙂𝙉𝙀 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙋𝙈𝙎 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

Department heads of the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE) attended the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Orientation conducted in partnership with the Civil Service Commission Field Office Nueva Ecija on May 6, 2026, at Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija. The activity aimed to further strengthen performance management systems and enhance public service delivery across various provincial offices.

The orientation underscored the province’s continuing commitment to promote accountability, efficiency, and excellence in government service.

Serving as resource speaker was CSC - Field Office Nueva Ecija Director II Major Eleanor M. Prado, who shared valuable insights on the effective implementation of the SPMS in government agencies. She emphasized the importance of aligning individual performance targets with organizational goals to ensure more responsive and results-oriented public service.

This activity is aligned with the continuing governance and human resource development thrusts of the PGNE under the leadership of Governor Aurelio Oyie Matias Umali, reflecting its sustained efforts to institutionalize a culture of performance management, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The Provincial Human Resource Management Office successfully held the 3-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 1 on March 25–27, 2026 at the Old Capitol Auditorium, Cabanatuan City, in partnership with the Civil Service Commission Regional Office III.

For three days, the participants from different offices in PGNE engaged in meaningful discussions, shared real workplace experiences, and gained practical insights on how to become more effective, responsive, and people-centered supervisors.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our resource speaker, Ma’am Marigrace Asuncion, Chief Human Resource Specialist of CSC RO III – Policies and Systems Evaluation Division (PSED) and PRIME-HRM Team Leader, for her invaluable expertise and inspiring sessions.

Last March 18, 2026, the Provincial Human Resource Management Office conducted a seminar on Strengthening Emotional Intelligence and Mental Health in the Workplace at the Old Capitol Auditorium, Cabanatuan City.

The activity aimed to equip our employees with the awareness and tools to better understand themselves, manage emotions, and foster healthier work relationships.

This initiative is in line with the continued commitment of Governor Aurelio M. Umali to promote not only excellence in public service, but also the well-being of every Novo Ecijano public servant of the PGNE.

Our sincere appreciation to our resource speaker, Ms. Kimberly Jhoy D. Agustin, Registered Psychometrician, Licensed Professional Teacher, and Certified Human Resource Associate, for sharing her expertise and valuable insights that truly resonated with our workforce.
