Ang Municipality of Pakil - Office for Agricultural Services, sa pakikipagtulungan sa Office of the Provincial Veterinarian, ay magsasagawa ng Libreng Spay at Neuter para sa mga alagang a*o at pusa.

📍 Lugar: Kabulusan Municipal Extension, Pakil, Laguna

📌 MAHALAGANG PAALALA:
✅ First come, first serve basis
✅ Limitado lamang sa 25 slots
✅ Ang a*o at pusa ay dapat anim (6) na buwan pataas ang edad at may timbang na di bababa sa dalawang (2) Kilo. Wag rin pong bigyan ng pag kain ang ating alagang hayop sa gabi at umaga bago ang schedule ng spay at neuter.

💉 Tulong ito para sa kalusugan ng inyong alaga at para makaiwas sa pagdami ng mga stray animals.

This activity will be held simultaneously with the Regional Showcase Barangay for the 𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚’𝘀 𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 in 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗧𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮, 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗹, 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 — a joint effort for a cleaner and greener community!

𝗦𝗘𝗘: 𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗬, 𝗖.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 is the process of reducing the amount of trash that ends up in landfills by recycling, composting, reusing, or converting waste into useful products. Instead of simply throwing everything away, waste is sorted and processed in ways that help protect the environment and conserve resources.

The Municipal Government and Barangay, with the help of the community and the establishments, need to divert waste to reduce pollution, keep our streets and waterways clean, and prevent flooding caused by clogged drains. Proper waste management also helps protect public health, saves landfill space, and creates jobs in recycling and waste collection.

Below is a summary of the latest report on the 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆'𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀. This February, 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗚𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹 recorded the highest waste diversions with combined weight of 𝟰,𝟯𝟭𝟮 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 of diverted wastes.

As of February 28, 2025, our municipality, through the huge efforts of our BESWMC and eco-aides, has diverted a total of 𝟳,𝟱𝟭𝟮 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 of wastes. 𝟮𝟴.𝟳𝟱% of it came from 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀.

This January 2025, we’ve made strides in building a cleaner and greener future! From consultation meetings with key stakeholders, to launching our waste recovery and diversion program with 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, to detailed planning for long-term sustainability, we've laid the groundwork for lasting change. And, of course, we wrapped it all up with an impactful 𝟮,𝟱𝟳𝟱 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 for the month of January! 🌍💪
