ACEN Operations Services Inc. in partnership with LGU Pagudpud headed by our supportive Mayor Rafael Ralph Benemerito II, Sangguniang Kabataan of Pagudpud and LYDO is thrilled to unveil the newly established Reading Center at The Sandbox, graciously donated by Congressman Sandro Marcos. This marks a significant milestone in , an initiative that empowers ACEN employees to celebrate their birthdays by giving back to the community in a way that creates lasting impact.

By championing education and sustainability, ACEN continues to lead by example, proving that small acts of kindness can spark big change!

A huge thank you to the team who made this possible, and to our dedicated ACEN team for bringing this vision to life!
Together, we’re creating positive change and empowering future generations.

You may visit the Reading Center and it will be open from Monday to Friday.

The Youth Literary Arts Competition – On-theSpot Painting Contest was successfully conducted during the 72nd Founding Anniversary of Pagudpud.

Our sincere gratitude to our Honorable Mayor Rafael Ralph Benemerito II, Vice Mayor Melvyn Calvan II, SB Members, SK Federation headed by Hon. Andrew Pascua III and dedicated Judges for their unwavering support in making this event a meaningful success.

Thank you also to all young artists, partners, and supporters who made this inspiring celebration of creativity and culture possible. Thank you for sharing your gifts and for helping us create a celebration that will be remembered with joy and pride.

The SK 2026 Annual Budget Workshop was successfully conducted with the guidance of our Municipal Budget Officer on the new budgeting format for a more transparent and effective financial plan, while SB Member Hon. Rajiv "Cholo" Benemerito presented his future plans and proposed youth empowerment ordinances promoting responsible leadership and active youth participation, including education-focused programs for the benefit of the youth.

Another meaningful step for the Youth of Pagudpud!

The successful conduct of the Breaking Youth Issues Forum on Drug Awareness and Leadership Skills marks another important milestone in our continuing effort to uplift and empower the youth of Pagudpud. Bringing together our knowledgeable and passionate resource speakers, our very supportive SB Member Hon. Rajiv "Cholo" Benemerito, the SK Federation of Pagudpud headed by our dedicated SK Federated President Hon. Andrew "Diking" Benemerito Pascua III, students from various secondary schools, and other youth from the different barangays, the program provided valuable insights on the realities of drug-related issues and the essential qualities of youth leadership. The event served as a platform to deepen awareness, enhance critical thinking, and strengthen the capability of young people to become proactive contributors to community well-being.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who made this initiative possible, as we continue working hand in hand for a stronger, healthier, and more resilient generation. 🤝🌏
