The Local Government Unit of Pagsanjan, Laguna officially entered into a Ceremonial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Commission on Population and Development (CPD) Region IV-A, marking a unified commitment to advance responsive and data-driven population programs.
The activity was graced by CPD IV-A Regional Director Ms. Marilyn Ogaya, together with Hon. Januario Ferry G. Garcia, Municipal Mayor, Hon. Rod H. Fernandez, Vice Mayor, and the distinguished Members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Pagsanjan.
This partnership highlights the implementation of the Registry of Barangay Inhabitants and Migrants (RBIM) — a vital tool in ensuring accurate, updated, and accessible population data at the grassroots level. Through this initiative, the LGU aims to strengthen planning, targeting, and delivery of essential services to every Pagsanjeños.
The collaboration also reinforces the continuous rollout of population and development programs that promote inclusive growth, responsible parenthood, and sustainable community development.
