2021 DISTRICT-BASED POSTER-MAKING CONTEST (SECONDARY LEVEL) 🤗🏆

District of Pagsanghan - Ministry of Language and Literature higlights the imperative of reading in the holistic development of our learners, and aligned with the Division Memorandum No. 453, s. 2021, or 2021 National Reading Month Celebration, the district was able to conduct the "District-Based Poster-Making Contest (Secondary Level)" in a virtual/online platform, with the theme: "Bawat Bata Bumabasa sa Kabila ng Hamon ng Pandemya".

CRITERIA:
Relevance to the theme- 30%
Originality- 25%
Creativity- 20%
Color Harmony- 15%
Visual Impact- 10%
TOTAL - 100%

Hence, ONLY 80% of the above-mentioned judges' ratings will be taken and 20% will be from the online likes/reactions, to make up the 100% total and final rating.

In addition, ONLY THE LIKES/REACTIONS FROM THE ACTUAL PHOTO OF ENTRY WILL BE COUNTED.

📣 Final tally of the accumulated likes/reactions ends on November 26 midnight and announcement/proclamation of winners will be on November 30.
