PAGADIAN CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR — In preparation for the upcoming nationwide simultaneous school safety drill for active attack incidents on September 3, 2026, Acting Regional Director FSSUPT KADIL T ACALUL, DSC, together with the Office Caretaker of the Regional Chief of Staff, FSUPT WILFREDO A DAVID, DSC, and Acting Provincial Fire Marshal of Zamboanga del Sur, FSUPT LUCIO P ALBARACIN, DSC, conducted a coordination meeting with its chosen school to ensure the smooth, organized and effective implementation of the activity.

Discussions focused on the planned conduct of the drill, coordination of participating personnel, response procedures, communication and reporting mechanisms, and other operational considerations necessary to ensure that the activity will be carried out safely and effectively.

The drill will be in active partnership with local Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (LDRRMO), emphasizing the importance of close inter-agency coordination in preparing for emergencies that may threaten the safety and security of the school community.
