-Wear your white tshirt; tuck in.
-Black/silver garrison belt.
-Black (maong) pants
-Male cadets must have a proper 3x4 haircut.
-Black shoes with black (ankle) socks
-Female cadets should wear a hairnet and be neatly bunned.
-All finger nails must be properly cut

ROTCMIS MANAGEMENT AND BASIC SIGNAL COMMUNICATION

LOOK | On 23 August 2026, the Pagadian Capitol College ROTC Unit (PCC ROTCU), under the leadership of MAJ ALIXANDER D. ANO-OS (ART) PA, Commandant, conducted an Information Session and Lecture on the Proper Management and Accomplishment of the ROTC Management Information System (ROTCMIS) for Basic and Advanced ROTC Cadets delivered by Cpl Edmar V Laag (Inf) PA at the PCC Gymnasium, Brgy. Bulatok, Pagadian City.

The session aimed to familiarize the cadets with the proper procedures and requirements for managing and accomplishing the ROTCMIS, emphasizing accuracy, responsibility, and compliance in the submission and management of cadet information.

This was subsequently followed by a lecture on Basic Signal Communication, delivered by SGT JULIUS CAESAR JALEM PA (RES), Tactical NCO. The lecture provided the cadets with fundamental knowledge of signal communication, including its importance and application in military operations.

The activity emphasized the importance of knowledge, discipline, accuracy, effective communication, and preparedness as essential qualities of every ROTC cadet.

"INTRODUCTION TO BASIC INTELLIGENCE"

LOOK | On 16 August 2026, the Pagadian Capitol College ROTC Unit (PCC ROTCU), under the leadership of MAJ ALIXANDER D. ANO-OS (ART) PA, Commandant, and 2LT JIMEROSE D. ALUCOD PA (RES), Assistant Commandant, conducted the Preliminary Examination for Military Science 1 (MS-1) at the PCC Gymnasium, Brgy. Bulatok, Pagadian City.

The activity was followed by a classroom instruction on Introduction to Basic Intelligence, facilitated by 2LT JAMIEL O. SARAT PA (RES), Tactical Officer, which focused on the fundamental concepts and principles of military intelligence and assessed the cadets’ understanding of the subject.

The activity highlighted the importance of knowledge, discipline, critical thinking, and preparedness as essential qualities of every ROTC cadet.

A DROP OF BLOOD. A GIFT OF LIFE.

LOOK | On 15 August 2026, the Pagadian Capitol College ROTC Unit (PCC ROTCU), under the leadership of MAJ ALIXANDER D. ANO-OS (ART) PA, Commandant, and 2LT JIMEROSE D. ALUCOD PA (RES), Assistant Commandant, participated in the 10th Blood Donation Activity held at the Brgy. Dao Gymnasium, Pagadian City, in celebration of the 43rd Founding Anniversary of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RESCOM, PA).

The activity brought together ROTC cadets and members of the community in a meaningful act of service, inspiring individuals to extend a helping hand and share the gift of life through voluntary blood donation.

Through this initiative, the PCC ROTCU continues to uphold and promote the values of selflessness, compassion, community service, and patriotism, demonstrating that service to others goes beyond the training ground.

One donation can save lives. One act of kindness can make a difference.

JUSTICE DEFINES DISCIPLINE.

LOOK | On 09 August 2026, the Pagadian Capitol College ROTC Unit (PCC ROTCU), under the leadership of MAJ ALIXANDER D. ANO-OS (ART) PA, Commandant, and 2LT JIMEROSE D. ALUCOD PA (RES), Assistant Commandant, conducted MS-1 classroom instruction at the PCC Gymnasium, Brgy. Bulatok, Pagadian City.

The cadets attended a lecture on the Military Justice System facilitated by PFC Roxan Lagbas PA (Res), emphasizing military laws, discipline, accountability, and the importance of upholding justice within the Armed Forces.
