The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Santa Maria recently hosted an impactful ๐‘จ๐’๐’•๐’Š-๐‘ซ๐’“๐’–๐’ˆ ๐‘บ๐’š๐’Ž๐’‘๐’๐’”๐’Š๐’–๐’Ž ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐‘จ๐’˜๐’‚๐’“๐’†๐’๐’†๐’”๐’” ๐‘ช๐’‚๐’Ž๐’‘๐’‚๐’Š๐’ˆ๐’, last August 25,2025 a timely and essential event aimed at educating and empowering our youth in the fight against illegal drug.

In coordination with the Pagadian City Police Station, ๐๐‚๐ฉ๐ฅ ๐„๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ ๐Œ ๐‹๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ค๐ข๐ญ, Drug Clearing PNCO of Pagadian City Police Station conducted lecture on ๐‘น๐’†๐’‘๐’–๐’ƒ๐’๐’Š๐’„ ๐‘จ๐’„๐’• 9165, also known as the ๐‘ช๐’๐’Ž๐’‘๐’“๐’†๐’‰๐’†๐’๐’”๐’Š๐’—๐’† ๐‘ซ๐’‚๐’๐’ˆ๐’†๐’“๐’๐’–๐’” ๐‘ซ๐’“๐’–๐’ˆ๐’” ๐‘จ๐’„๐’• ๐’๐’‡ 2002 to the Youth and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials of Barangay Sta Maria.

The activity was conducted as part of the ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐š๐ฒ ๐€๐ ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ƒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐  ๐€๐›๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ˆ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ญ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  (๐ˆ๐ƒ๐€๐ƒ๐€๐ˆ๐“). This initiative aims to raise awareness among the residence of the said barangay about the dangers of illegal drugs and to promote a drug-free community.

Through the efforts of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Santa Maria is sending a strong message: together, we can take a stand, spread awareness, and make positive changes that will shape a better tomorrow for the next generation.
