The constraints caused by the pandemic do not deter us from growing and developing our skills and talent. Virtual trainings or webinars enable LGU employees and personnel to enhance their knowledge and improve their skills on serving the public effectively and efficiently.

The MPDC officer is one of the members and Secretariat Head of the different councils and committees of the local government. Hence, the Office of the MPDC performs its functions and duties not only in the formulation of development plans.

The MPDC Officer, in cooperation with the national agencies, DILG, PNP, BFP and local department offices, also actively participates and contributes opinions and ideas in meetings and discussions regarding disaster, public safety, peace and order concerns of the municipality.

As Secretariat head of the MPTRCP, she is tasked to take down minutes of its meetings and acts as focal person in the formulation of the Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP).

The Office of the MPDC supports and actively participates in the Immersion Program of the DepEd for Senior High School students.

We believe that we could help in the growth and development of future professionals and career persons. We hope we have imparted to these young students some knowledge regarding the functions of our office. During the 80 hours that they have spent in our office, we have instilled in their minds the values of hard work, sincere and honest service and the love for our kababayans.

Last Monday, March 2, two Paetenian Grade 12 students from LSPU Siniloan, Patricia Camille V. Baldemor and Jaselor V. Dela Cruz, celebrated with us their last immersion day.

One of the activities of the senior high school students is to be trained in their respective fields/strands through the immersion program.

Two female ABM students from the Balian Integrated National High School joined the Office of the MPDC as technical assistants.

Their activities, work performance and work attitude are being monitored.

This morning, we had a surprise visit from Mrs. Rossana Madridejos-Salem. She checked the 2 immersion students from their school.
