Distribution of IEC Materials/Flyers and Dialogue
On August 29, 2026, at about 9:32 AM, Personnel of Paete MPS under the supervision of PMAJ ELMER JOSEPH B GIBE, COP conducted the distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials/flyers and dialogue to the youth of Brgy. 9 Ibaba del Norte, Paete, Laguna, regarding RA 9208 "Anti Trafficking in Person and RA 10627 "Anti Bullying Act of 2013" and Tips Iwas R**e.
The activity aimed to increase public awareness of the rights of women and children, educate residents on the provisions of the law, promote the prevention of violence, and encourage the timely reporting of VAWC-related incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Information Drive
On August 29, 2026 at about 9:27 AM, personnel of Paete MPS under the supervision of PMAJ ELMER JOSEPH B GIBE, Chief of Police, conducted an information drive to the youth of Barangay 9, Ibaba del Norte, Paete, Laguna, regarding the Anti Bullying Act and Anti Trafficking in Person. The activity aimed to raise awareness among residents about the provisions of these laws, promote the protection of women and children, and encourage the community to immediately report incidents of violence and abuse to the proper authorities.

Visitation of Evacuation Center
On August 29, 2026 at about 9:29 AM, personnel of the Paete MPS under the direct supervision of PMAJ ELMER JOSEPH B GIBE, COP conducted police visibility and visitation at the designated evacuation center in Agarao 2, Brgy. 9 Ibaba del Norte, Paete, Laguna. The activity was conducted to ensure the safety and security of evacuees, maintain peace and order, deter criminal activities, and strengthen police presence in the area.

On August 29, 2026, at about 8:29 AM, PEMS RENATO A LOPEZ under the supervision of PMAJ ELMER JOEPH B GIBE, COP conducted an Accounting of Personnel and Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) for the personnel of Paete Municipal Police Station.
During the activity, discussed the duty details and responsibilities of personnel, emphasizing the Do's and Don'ts in the implementation of law enforcement duties. He reminded all personnel to maintain professionalism and foster good rapport with the public by delivering courteous, respectful, and responsive police service.
He also reiterated the strict observance of LOI 06/09 "Tamang Bihis," directing all personnel to wear the prescribed uniform properly and maintain appropriate grooming during every tour of duty.

VISITATION TO CONVENIENCE STORE

On August 28, 2026, at about 02:38 PM, personnel of Paete Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of PMAJ ELMER JOSEPH B GIBE, Chief of Police, conducted a visitation to the 7 ELEVEN Convenience Store within the municipality's Area of Responsibility (AOR).

During the visitation, the personnel reminded the store cashier and staff about the recent incidents of hold-up, robbery, and shoplifting reported in various areas. They encouraged the employees to remain vigilant at all times, promptly report any suspicious persons or activities to the authorities, and strengthen security measures within the establishment to help prevent criminal incidents.

This activity forms part of the station's continuing crime prevention and public safety efforts to ensure the safety of business establishments and the community.

On August 28, 2026, at about 02:27 PM, Personnel of Paete MPS, under the supervision of PMAJ ELMER JOSEPH B GIBE, COP, conducted Police Visibility within the AOR as part of the anti-criminality intervention program of the PNP.
