Strengthening Community Safety in Support of the SILG “Safer Cities Initiative”

On the evening of June 14, 2026, PNP personnel of Padre Burgos Municipal Police Station led by PEMS Baby Fe M Cormero, DECOP, conduct the implementation of municipal ordinances within the area of responsibility in coordination with the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs). The activity aimed to enhance police visibility, intensify mobile patrol operations and establishment visitations, ensure public safety, and maintain peace and order in the Municipality of Padre Burgos.

128th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence

In celebration of the 128th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence|| PNP personnel of the Padre Burgos Municipal Police Station, led by PLTCOL GLENN MICHAEL B AMOYEN, OIC, joined the Local Government Unit of Padre Burgos headed by Hon. Maria Fe Crispina B. Poblete, Municipal Mayor, together with national agencies, national and local government employees, barangay chairpersons, council members, and staff during the Flag Raising Ceremony held at 7:00 in the morning on June 12, 2026, in front of the Municipal Building.

The ceremony served as a solemn tribute to the bravery, patriotism, and sacrifices of our national heroes who fought for the country's freedom. It also highlighted the importance of unity, public service, and shared responsibility in preserving the gains of independence and building a stronger nation for future generations.

With the theme “Kalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan,” the activity reaffirmed the enduring value of freedom as the foundation of our history and the guiding force toward a brighter future.

Monday Flag Raising Ceremony|| On June 8, 2026, at 8:00 in the morning, PNP personnel of the Padre Burgos Municipal Police Station led by PEMS Baby Fe M Cormero, DECOP under the supervision of PLTCOL GLENN MICHAEL B AMOYEN, OIC, actively participated during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at Padre Burgos Sports and Cultural Center, Brgy. Poblacion, Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte. The event was attended by both national and local government employees of the municipality spearheaded by Hon. Maria Fe Crispina B Poblete, Municipal Mayor. This activity highlights the PNP’s commitment to strengthening inter-agency coordination and fostering solid partnerships with the local government and the community.
