August 27, 2026 โ The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) โ Quezon, through Negosyo Center Padre Burgos, successfully conducted the training titled โStrengthening MSME Products through Branding and Logo Designโ at the Social Hall, Municipal Hall, Barangay Burgos, Padre Burgos, Quezon.
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and aspiring entrepreneurs from Padre Burgos attended the activity. Participants actively took part in discussions and hands-on activities to help them understand the importance of branding and logo design in improving their products and businesses.
Ms. Ching Cortez of the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) and Ms. Ma. Theresa G. Raby, Business Counselor of DTI Quezon โ Negosyo Center Catanauan, delivered their respective messages of support to the participants. Ms. Raby also actively provided valuable assistance throughout the training, contributing to the successful conduct of the activity.
Mr. Arnold D. Abang Jr., Business Counselor of DTI Quezon โ Negosyo Center Sariaya, served as the resource speaker. He discussed the basic principles of branding and logo design, including the proper use of colors, fonts, symbols, and simple design elements that help make a business easy to recognize and remember.
During the hands-on activity, participants gained a better understanding of how branding and logo design can be applied to their own businesses. They learned how to choose appropriate colors, fonts, symbols, and design elements based on their products, target customers, and business identity. The training provided them with practical knowledge and ideas that they can use in developing or improving their branding and product presentation.
Through this initiative, DTI Quezon, through Negosyo Center Padre Burgos, continues to support local entrepreneurs by providing relevant training and assistance that help MSMEs improve their products and strengthen their presence in the market. The activity also highlighted the continuing partnership between Negosyo Center Padre Burgos and the Local Government Unit of Padre Burgos in supporting MSMEs and promoting local economic growth.
