Please read below the newly issued EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 23, Series of 2021,
“AN ORDER IMPLEMENTING THE STRICT IMPLEMENTATION OF GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (GCQ) IN THE ENTIRE PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE FROM JUNE 01, 2021 UNTIL JUNE 30, 2021.”
SALIENT POINTS OF EO 23, S.2021
📌reactivation of the provincial borders or checkpoints
📌 all returning residents from Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao are required to present a negative RT-PCR test result
📌 travellers coming from other parts of the region are likewise required to provide the same, except for APORs
📌 mandatory swab testing for primary close contacts of a covid positive person, including families and office mates
📌 live bands, karaoke bars, clubs, internet cafes, billiard balls, cockfighting, lottery and betting shops are not allowed to operate
📌 establishments which are allowed shall only be at 50% of its on-site capacity
📌 persons aged below 15 & over 65 years of age, including those with other health risks and pregnant women are required to stay home at all times, except only for obtaining essential goods & services, or for work in office and industries.

Maajong Adlaw sa Tanan!
Tungod niini karung kasamtangan nga sitwasyon sa atong Probinsiya nga nagkataas ang mga kaso sa local transmission sa COVID19, gihangyo ang tanan nga kontrolahon ug minusan una nato ang atong mga lakaw nga dili kaayo importante ilabina kung adto sa mga lungsod nga adunay mga kaso para paglikay ug pagtabang nga dili na mosaka pa ang mga kaso sa ato ug gihangyo usab kamo sa pagsunod niining mga nakalatid nga mga preventive measures:
1. Ang tanang mga opisina (lungsod ug barangay) kinahanglan mag implementar sa TRIAGING. Boot ipasabot nga mag gahin kita ug pwesto gawas sa atong mga opisina ug barangay hall diin didto lang nato atimanon ang mga kliyente base sa ilang kahimtang ug panginahanglan ug dili na kinahanglan pa nga pasudlon pa sa atong opisina o barangay hall.
2. Dapat i disinfect nato kada hapon ang atong opisina o barangay hall ilabina kadtong mga gamit nga perming magunitan, lamesa lingkuranan ug uban pa.
3. Ang tanang beach resort sa atong lungsod gidid an una pagpadawat sa mga bisita nga gikan sa laing lungsod. Dawaton lamang ang mga taga Padre Burgos.
4. Sa tanang barangay, sa dili pa kamo mo isyu ug certification, palihug saana pag ayo ang inyong mga katawhan nga inyong hatagan ug papel. Kung dili importante ang lakaw ayaw nalang ninyo isyuhi sa gikinanahanglan nga papel.
5. Sa tanang barangay palihug atimana ug monitora ninyo ang mga tindahan diha sa inyong barangay ilabina ang pagpatuman sa atong mga health protocols, no quarantine pass and no facemask, no entry policy. Badlonga usab ang mga batan on ug mga senior citizen sa pagawas sa ilang panimalay gawas lamang niadtong inyong gitugutan.

Sa pagka karun mao una kini ang atong ipatuman. STAY HOME, STAY SAFE, STAY HEALTHY ug God bless kanatong tanan.
