The Padre Burgos Fire Station personnel, under the leadership of SFO3 Maria Elena C Galleon, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, participated in the BADAC-BPOC Recognition Day cm Governance Cluster Meeting and the observance of the 32nd Crime Prevention Week Celebration.

The activity brought together various stakeholders and partner agencies to recognize the valuable contributions of the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (BADACs) and Barangay Peace and Order Committees (BPOCs), while strengthening coordination and collaboration in promoting peace, order, public safety, and good governance in the community.

The celebration also highlights the importance of collective efforts among government agencies, barangay officials, and community stakeholders in preventing crime and fostering safer, more peaceful, and resilient communities.

The Bureau of Fire Protection remains committed to working hand-in-hand with its partner agencies and the community in advancing public safety and building a safer Padre Burgos.

Personnel from the Padre Burgos Fire Station Emergency Medical Services (EMS), under the leadership of SFO3 Maria Elena C Galleon, Officer-in-Charge / Municipal Fire Marshal, responded to a fall incident where a male patient walked in to the station seeking immediate assistance.

Reports as stated revealed that the patient had climbed a tree when he accidentally fell. In an effort to break his fall, he extended his forearm against the ground with force, resulting in a suspected fracture.

Upon thorough assessment, the EMS team noted clinical signs with a possible fracture. Immediate pre-hospital care was administered, including proper splinting and bandaging of the affected limb, as well as continuous comfort measures to the patient. He was subsequently and safely transported to Padre Burgos Community Hospital (PBCH) for further medical evaluation and definitive management.

Padre Burgos Fire Station personnel, under the leadership of SFO3 Ma. Elena C. Galleon, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, actively participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous School Safety Drill for Active Attack Incidents organized and facilitated by the Padre Burgos National Technical Vocational High School (PBNTVHS), led by its School Head, Mr. Rosalio Imboc, on September 3, 2026.

The activity aimed to strengthen the preparedness, awareness, and response capabilities of the school community in addressing potential active attack incidents and other emergencies, emphasizing the importance of coordinated action, proper safety procedures, and effective communication during critical situations.

The drill was also observed by the newly installed MLGOO of Padre Burgos, Mr. Charlemagne Dalida, together with representatives from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), Philippine National Police (PNP), Rural Health Unit (RHU), Punong Barangays, School Heads, and other stakeholders.

The active participation and collaboration of various agencies and stakeholders demonstrate the community’s shared commitment to ensuring the safety and protection of learners, teachers, school personnel, and the entire community.

Padre Burgos Fire Station EMS personnel, led by SFO3 Maria Elena C. Galleon, Officer-in-Charge/Municipal Fire Marshal, responded to a single-vehicle accident involving one patient at Barangay Poblacion, Padre Burgos.

Upon arrival, the patient was found lying on the highway, conscious and coherent, with minor abrasions. The patient was ambulatory but complained of abdominal pain secondary to the impact of the accident.

The EMS team conducted a physical assessment, provided appropriate first aid and necessary interventions, and transported the patient to Padre Burgos Community Hospital (PBCH) for further evaluation and treatment.

Padre Burgos Fire Station EMS personnel, led by SFO3 Maria Elena C. Galleon, Officer-in-Charge/Municipal Fire Marshal, responded to a single-vehicle accident involving three patients at Barangay Dinahugan, Padre Burgos.

The mother and father sustained minor abrasions and remained conscious and ambulatory. The father reported mild left-sided abdominal pain. Their daughter was conscious and coherent but sustained a laceration near her left eyebrow and skin avulsion on her lower forehead.

The EMS team conducted assessments, provided first aid and necessary interventions, and transported all three patients to Padre Burgos Community Hospital (PBCH) for further evaluation and treatment.

Personnel from the Padre Burgos Fire Station Emergency Medical Services (EMS), under the leadership of SFO3 Maria Elena C. Galleon, Officer‑in‑Charge / Municipal Fire Marshal, responded to a medical emergency at the station involving a female patient who presented with vaginal bleeding and requested assistance.

Upon arrival and assessment, the patient was awake, alert, and appeared pale with active vaginal bleeding.

The EMS team immediately conducted a thorough patient assessment, monitored vital signs, and administered oxygen at 2L/min via face mask. The patient was then safely transported to SOYMPH for further evaluation and appropriate medical management.

The activity was attended by personnel from PNP Padre Burgos and teachers aimed to strengthen preparedness, coordination, and response capabilities during potential active attack or armed intruder incidents.
