The Barangay Government of Barangay Quirino District encourages all parents and guardians to enroll their children in the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Center for School Year 2026–2027.

The ECCD Program aims to provide quality early childhood education and holistic development for young learners as preparation for their future academic journey.

Today, we honor the strength of every Filipino worker—those in the fields, on the streets, in offices, and across all sectors—whose labor embodies the true spirit of Gugma ug Serbisyo.

May this day serve as a reminder of our collective duty to uphold the dignity of labor, promote equitable opportunities, and ensure that every worker is valued, protected, and empowered.

HAPPENING NOW | The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), through the National Barangay Operations Office (NBOO), is currently conducting the National Webinar on DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-021.

This session provides essential guidance on the proper inventory and turnover of Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) properties, financial records, documents, and money accountabilities in preparation for the 2026 BSKE.

Participants from various local government units, and DILG Regional and Field Offices may join via Zoom VTC and Facebook Live. Come join us to gain valuable insights and ensure a smooth, transparent, and accountable transition in barangay and SK governance.
