Maayong adlaw mga Ma'am ug Sir!

Mag-inform lang ko sa tanan nga, ubos sa SP Ordinance No. 24-155, gi-revised na ang Revenue Code sa Province of Davao del Sur.

Adunay kausaban sa Real Property Tax:

- Wala na’y discount para sa QUARTERLY PAYMENTS.

- Pwede gihapon ang quarterly payment, apan wala na kini discount.

- Magpadayon gihapon ang 20%, 15%, ug 10% nga discount para sa PROMPT AND FULL PAYMENT.

There will be a roll-out for the implementation and information dissemination of these new changes.
