The Department of Health, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross and the Philippine Blood Coordinating Council (PBCC), invites all blood service stakeholders and advocates to the **13th National Blood Summit**—a gathering dedicated to strengthening the country's blood services, sharing best practices, and advancing initiatives that save lives through voluntary blood donation.

Regional Blood Program Coordinators, Donor Recruitment Officers, DOH Blood Center Heads, Chief Medical Technologists, LGU Representatives, Partner Institutions, the Philippine Red Cross, PBCC Members, and all champions of voluntary blood donation.
