BARANGAY 350 WEEKLY CLEAN-UP DRIVE 🧹

On May 30, 2026, Barangay 350 conducted its Weekly Clean-Up Drive with the participation of barangay officials, lupon staff, tanods, and sweepers.

Through teamwork and community effort, public areas were cleaned to promote a safer, healthier, and cleaner environment for all residents.

📢 SEMINAR ORIENTATION ON MEASLES-RUBELLA SUPPLEMENTAL IMMUNIZATION ACTIVITY (MR SIA) MAY 21, 2026

The Dimasalang Health Center successfully conducted a Seminar Orientation on the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR SIA) May 21, 2026 in preparation for the upcoming vaccination campaign this June 2026.

The orientation provided important updates and information regarding the implementation of the MR SIA program, emphasizing the significance of immunization in protecting children against measles and rubella. Participants were oriented on the campaign guidelines, target beneficiaries, vaccination schedules, and community mobilization strategies to ensure the success of the program.

The activity was attended by Punong Barangay Efleda C. Dela Cruz, Ms. Lerie Bugayong, Committee on Health, and Ms. Myra Barizo, Barangay Health Worker, demonstrating Barangay 350's continued commitment to supporting public health initiatives and promoting the welfare of its constituents.

Together with the Department of Health and Dimasalang Health Center, Barangay 350 remains steadfast in its mission to ensure that every eligible child receives the protection they need through vaccination.

The Sta. Cruz Police Station District Barangay Ugnayan was successfully conducted with the participation of barangay officials, PNP Police officers, zone chairmen, and community stakeholder, barangay police. The activity aimed to strengthen cooperation, coordination, and partnership between the Philippine National Police and barangay officials in maintaining peace and order within the community.
During the activity, PLTCOL. Rexson Layug presented the accomplishments of Sta. Cruz Police Station 3 covering the period from January 2025 to May 2026. The presentation highlighted the station’s achievements, programs, anti-criminality operations, community engagements, and peace and order initiatives implemented within their area of responsibility.
PLTCOL. CRISTITO ACOHON also delivered his message emphasizing the importance of the CSOP (Community Service Operative Policy). He encouraged all barangay officials and members of the Philippine National Police to remain proactive in addressing community concerns and strengthening public service through unity and cooperation.
Meanwhile, PLTCOL. Aldrine S. Gran expressed his full support for the program. He shared that from 2013 to 2015, he served as the Station Commander of Station 3, making the event meaningful and memorable for him. He also acknowledged the presence and support of Zone Chairman/ MACAP, PCOL CRISTITO ACOHON, Gen. Santiago, PLTCOL. Rexson Layug, and all other participants.
In his message, PLTCOL. Aldrine S. Gran emphasized the importance of unity by sharing the example given by Chairman Grande about a “walis tingting.” He explained that when the sticks are bundled together, no dirt can remain uncleaned, symbolizing that unity and cooperation make a community stronger and more effective. He further stated, “If we united we stand, if we divided we fall,” encouraging everyone to continue working together for the betterment of the community.
This was followed by an open forum and question-and-answer portion where participants were given the opportunity to raise concerns, share suggestions, and ask questions regarding community safety and police services.
The activity concluded with the awarding of certificates to the participants and guests in recognition of their support, participation, and contribution to the success of the program. The event strengthened the partnership between the barangays and the Philippine National Police and reaffirmed their shared commitment to public safety, peace, and community development. 🇵🇭👮‍♂️🤝

Today, Dimasalang Health Center, in coordination with Barangay 350, successfully conducted a Free VIA/Pap Smear and Breast Examination activity as part of the Department of Health’s Cervical Cancer Awareness Program for women aged 30–65 years old.

This meaningful health initiative aims to promote early detection and prevention of cervical and breast cancer among women in our community. We are grateful to all the healthcare workers, volunteers, and participants who supported and took part in this important activity.

Barangay 350 remains committed to supporting programs that prioritize the health and well-being of every woman in our community.

Together, let us continue to raise awareness and encourage regular health screenings for a healthier and stronger community.

🌈 MANILA SUMMER PRIDE 2026 🌈
April 25, 2026

Isang makulay at makabuluhang araw ang ating pinagsaluhan sa ginanap na Manila Summer Pride 2026 katuwang ang Tourism Committee. Ipinakita natin ang pagkakaisa, respeto, at suporta sa LGBTQIA+ community sa pamamagitan ng isang masaya at inklusibong selebrasyon.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nakiisa at sumuporta sa adhikain ng pagkakapantay-pantay at pagmamahal para sa lahat. 💖
