RAIN OR SHINE, WE CLEAN THE SHORELINE: A COASTAL CLEAN-UP DRIVE

Despite the inclement weather and challenging conditions, the spirit of volunteerism and love for our community remained strong!

Yesterday, dedicated staff and personnel from San Jose Multi-purpose Cooperative along side with the Barangay Council, 4Ps, BHWs and Brgy Tanods came together for a meaningful Coastal Clean-Up Activity. The weather may have been unfavorable, but it did not stop our people from showing up and doing their part. Thank you to these people for extending a helping hand in cleaning our shoreline.

Salute to all the volunteers who braved the weather and gave their time and effort! It proves that when a community comes together, even small actions can create a big difference.

CONGRATULATULATION BRGY CABANBANAN‼️

The Municipality of Oton, successfully conducted the Honoring Barangays 2026 program to recognize barangays and officials for their exemplary performance, accountability, transparency, and commitment to good governance. This is through the leadership of Mayor Sofronio L. Fusin, Jr. and the Barangay Monitoring and Assistance Team (BMAT) headed by Municipal Administrator Ma. Diadema T. Vigo.

LATEST UPDATE‼️TAYUYON ANG DALAN SANG KAUSWAGAN SA BRGY CABANBANAN‼️

Matapos ang madinalag-on nga pag kompleto sa road concreting project sa Zone 6, isa naman ka importante nga proyekto ang gin-suguran.

Naga umpisa na ang road clearing kag road widening sa bahin sang zone 2, isa ka tikang padulong sa matawhay, safety, kag mapag-on nga karsada para sa mga pumuluyo. Isa ka patunay nga amat-amat na natun malab-ot ang mga long term programs nga makabulig palig-on sang pangabuhi sa mga Cabanbananon.

Hindi lang ini konkreto nga kalsada kundi simbolo sang kauswagan, paghugpong kag malasakit sa kada isa nga mga pumuluyo. One road at a time – building a better and progressive Cabanbanan.

A huge congratulations to Team Arteestic Aces Cabanbanan for bringing home the Championship trophy in the recently concluded, inaugural Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) One-Day League Volleyball Tournament held at Sta.Rita Oton, Iloilo.

May this achievement inspire more young people to pursue excellence, embrace sportsmanship, and continue bringing pride to our barangay.

A significant milestone has been achieved as the Barangay Road from Zone 6 is now fully concreted!

What was once a muddy and difficult road during rainy days has now become a safe, accessible, and reliable roadway for every Cabanbananons.

This accomplishment reflects our commitment to building a Livable and Accessible Barangay Cabanbanan, where every road leads to progress and every development improves the quality of life of the people. Thanks to the current administration of Oton LGU for making this dream a reality. Ang dalan para sa kauswagan sang Barangay Cabanbanan.
