LOOK: Situation inside the Cogon Integrated School in Roxas City, Capiz. Around 150 families, especially those from coastal areas, have evacuated for safety after Roxas City and the rest of Capiz province were placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 due to .

PCDR-trained and partner Disaster Preparedness Committee members, together with the local fisherfolk group, are assisting evacuees at the center through the distribution of hot meals to affected community members as part of ongoing relief efforts.

Base sa pinakabag-o na forecast sang DOST-PAGASA, Signal #2 na ang Guimaras, ang mga masunod na banwa sang Capiz (Pilar, President Roxas, Pontevedra, Panay, Dumarao, Cuartero, Ma-Ayon, Panitan, Roxas City, Ivisan, Sigma, Dao, Dumalag), kag mga masunod na banwa sa Iloilo Province (Carles, Oton, San Miguel, Cabatuan, Badiangan, Calinog, Bingawan, City of Passi, Dueñas, Mina, Iloilo City, Pavia, Santa Barbara, Zarraga, Pototan, New Lucena, Leganes, Barotac Nuevo, Dumangas, Di**le, San Enrique, Anilao, Banate, Barotac Viejo, San Rafael, Lemery, Ajuy, Concepcion, Sara, San Dionisio, Batad, Balasan, Estancia). JUST IN: Roxas City in Capiz has been placed under a state of calamity following the onslaught of Tropical Storm on October 19.

Data showed that flooding and heavy rains affected 31 barangays in the city, displacing 1,056 families.
