The Office of the City Mayor – Special Operations and Concerns Division, under the leadership of the Honorable Mayor Lemuel Meyrick Mananggit Acosta and through SOC Division Chief Archie Solatorio Ajias, conducted a basic traffic and ordinance education seminar for tricycle operators and drivers. The activity aimed to educate operators and drivers continually on basic traffic laws and ordinances, road safety, discipline, and respect for traffic regulations and fellow road users.

For those who intend to apply for or renew their tricycle franchise, the seminar is regularly conducted every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 AM.

FIELD TESTING IN THE ISSUANCE OF E TICKET

The Office of the City Mayor – Special Operations and Concerns Division (SOCD), under the leadership of the Honorable Mayor Lemuel Meyrick Mananggit Acosta and through SOCD Chief Archie Solatorio Ajias, conducted field testing for the issuance of e-citation tickets under the division's DRIVER System.

The use of wireless data terminals will improve efficiency in ticket issuance and promote transparency. Records of violations will be transmitted in real time to the city’s database system.
