qualifications:

1.) 15 to 30 years old
2.) the combined income of both parents is not more than P201,080.60 per annum
3.) Out-of-school Youth (OSY) or College Student. For College Students, must not be a graduating student, and the start of classes must be on August 2026.
4.) a bonafide residents of Oroquieta City

Documentary Requirements:
1. Birth Certificate
2. For college, Grade Card for 1st Semester for AY 2025-2026. For OSY, latest available grade card.
3.) For OSY Applicant, please bring OSY Certification issued by the Punong Barangay or CSWD.
