Good morning ma'am/sir.
We would like to inform you about the upcoming Asenso ID and Pamaskong Handog Distribution process. The distribution will be conducted in three steps:
Step 1: ID Release. If your ID is not printed due to unclear information, a coupon will be provided. This coupon can be presented to the teller for cash.
Step 2: To the cash, you must present the ID or coupon along with a photocopy of any government-issued ID with three signatures and a certificate of indigency from the barangay.
Step 3: For Pamaskong Handog, only the head of the family who is part of the 60% or a family member belonging to the 60% can claim the goods. This is per family and only one member within the 60% category can claim the goods.
We need your assistance in ensuring a smooth distribution process. We require a minimum of 3 volunteers per barangay to help with locating the IDs, signing acknowledgements, and monitoring the cash distribution process. Additionally, we need at least 5 personnel from the LGU to assist with the distribution of the goods, per venue or cluster.
Note: Those who have received the Ayuda from Sept. 27 (PBBM in Tangub) to present will not be eligible for the cash. Only the ID or coupon, if the ID is not yet printed, and Pamaskong Handog goods can be claimed by the declared head of the family who is part of the 60% or family members belonging to the 60% category as submitted.
