📣 CALLING FOR VOLUNTEERS | BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026 🏫✨

The spirit of bayanihan is once again calling!

The Volunteer Management & Coordination Office (VMCO), in partnership with the Schools Division of Ormoc City, invites individuals, youth organizations, civic groups, private institutions, and community volunteers to join Brigada Eskwela 2026 on June 05, 2026 for Cogon Central Elementary School.

Whether you can lend your time, skills, energy, or resources, your contribution can help create a safer, cleaner, and more welcoming learning environment for our learners as they prepare for the opening of classes.

📅 Activity Date: June 05, 2026
🕣 Time: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Venue: Cogon Central Elementary School

🛠️ Volunteer Activities:
✅ Classroom cleaning and organization
✅ School grounds clean-up and beautification
✅ Minor repairs and maintenance works
✅ Painting and touch-up activities
✅ Gardening and landscaping
✅ Sorting and organizing learning materials

🎒 What to Bring:
✅ Reusable water bottle
✅ Cap/hat and umbrella for sun protection
✅ Comfortable clothing and closed shoes
✅ Work gloves (if available)
✅ Brigada tools & materials (broom, paint, etc.) – optional

The Volunteer Management and Coordination Office (VMCO) extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Ormoc City Health Emergency Management Services (HEMS), our facilitators, and all volunteer participants for making the 5-day Basic Life Support (BLS) and Standard First Aid (SFA) Training held on May 25–29 a meaningful and successful learning experience.

To our facilitators from HEMS, thank you for generously sharing your expertise, experience, and dedication in equipping our volunteers with essential life-saving knowledge and skills. Your commitment to community preparedness continues to inspire and empower individuals to respond effectively during emergencies.
