The Ordinance will take take effect after fifteen days following the completion of its publication.

An Ordinance endorse by LPCC Ormoc.

Joint Committee Meeting of the Committee on Trade, Commerce and Industry and the Committee on Agriculture, Fisheries and Agrarian Reform slated to tackle matters related to the draft ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PRICE OF FISH AND OTHER MARINE PRODUCTS WITHIN THE CITY OF ORMOC AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF".
The meeting was attended by SP Member Nolito Quilang, Chairman of the Committee on Trade, Commerce and Industry, SP Member Lalaine Marcos, SP Member Gregorio Yrastorza III, PCOL Ramil Ramirez, City Director of the Ormoc City Police Office, Market Administrator Ruel Cañete, Ms. Delia Vilbar from the City Treasurer's Office, Ms. Maria Elena Mendoza, the City Agriculturist, Ms. Irish Belmonte from the City Agriculture Office - APFD and representatives from the City Legal Office, Department of Trade and Industry, and OFSPAI.

On going Joint Committee Meeting of the Committee on Trade, Commerce and Industry and the Committee on Ways and Means to take up matters relating to the draft ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND IMPOSING FEES FOR THE TESTING AND SEALING OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES AND IMPOSING FINES AND PENALTIES TO VIOLATIONS THEREOF".
