The City Social Welfare Department (CSWD) of Ormoc City, Leyte, hereby calls the attention of Mr. John V. Ferrer in relation to the case of the minor, Trixie Abigail Ferrer, also known as Trixie Abigail Pescante Ablen, who was one (1) month old when she was entrusted by her birthmother, Edna Amante Ferrer to Mr. Joel Rom Ablen, on March 15, 2014 at 9:00 AM. The minor is now twelve (12) years old and currently under the care and custody of Mr. Joel Rom Ablen, residing in Purok 3, Brgy. Bagong Buhay, Ormoc City.

Any interested party concerning the said minor may visit the office of Ms. Maribel V. Gucela, RSW, OIC of City Social Welfare Department Ormoc City, or visit the undersigned Social Worker Ms. Angelica Laurente, RSW at CSWD Office at New City Hall, Ormoc City. Failure to appear shall serve as a basis for the filing of a Petition for the issuance of a Certificate Declaring the Child Legally available for Adoption
