The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) through the Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) and in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of San Teodoro, will conduct a PSA MIMAROPA CRS MOBILE OUTLET on June 10, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the San Teodoro Covered Court. This one-day activity aims to bring essential government services closer to the public and provide convenient access to Civil Registration and National ID services.

Requirements:
• Government Issued ID with photocopy
If Minor: Valid ID of Parents
• If representative:
Authorization Letter and Valid ID of document owner

Requirements:

• Magdala lamang po ng ISANG VALID ID (May kumpletong detalye) o anumang dokomentong maaaring pagkakilanlan.
• Birth Certificate (ORIGINAL PSA/NSO OR LOCAL COPY)
• Marriage Certificate (sa mga may-asawa)
• Senior Citizens ID (nakalagay ang buong middle name)
• MAARI din po ang “Barangay Certification (may kumpletong detalye at ID picture, dry seal ng brgy at lagda ng Punong Barangay (KUNG WALA pang BIRTH CERTIFICATE)

PS. Ang mga batang may edad zero (0) taon hanggang apat (4) na taon ay kinakailangang kasama ang isa sa magulang o guardian na may National ID. Salamat po.
