Today, the Livelihood and Cooperative Development Office with Ms. Edith Taniana attended the Livelihood Committee Meeting that discussed the resolution of Brgy. Sta. Rita that was endorsed by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with the title: Barangay Sta. Rita Resolution No. 40 Series of 2026 "A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY URGING THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF OLONGAPO AND THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD TO ALLOCATE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR LIVELIHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, EXPAND TESDA NATIONAL CERTIFICATION (NC) SKILLS TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES, PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR TESDA ASSESSMENT FEES, AND ESTABLISH AN OLONGAPO LIVELIHOOD AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTER"

Massive congratulations to our 3rd and Final Batch of Community-Based Training Welding Graduates from Brgy. Gordon Heights for officially passing their Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II assessment today!

All 15 trainees nailed their assessment, sealing a 3-for-3 perfect streak and an overall 100% passing rate across all batches—that’s a grand total of 43 newly certified welders ready to build brighter futures!

This historic sweep was made possible through strong leadership, teamwork, and community partnership:

The momentum doesn't stop! Huge congratulations to our 2nd Batch of Community-Based Training Welding Graduates from Brgy. Gordon Heights for officially passing their Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II assessment today!

Another 14 out of 14 trainees came, conquered, and proved their skill, keeping our streak alive with another perfect 100% passing rate! We are beyond proud of your commitment, patience, and hard work!
