For non-RS APPLICANTS who had only submitted the 2nd Quarter Grades as part of the requirements for a possible slot for Grade 11, pls scan or photograph your card and email to [email protected] with the subject
(Name) Resubmission SHS Grade 11 on or before June 3,2020 until 5pm.

For those who have NOT YET submitted the requirements for application for incoming Grade 11 S.Y 2020-2021, kindly submit the following:

a. Letter of Intent (duly signed by the applicant and parent/guardian) addressed to:
Roderick A. Tadeo, PhD
Principal IV
Regional Science High School III
East Kalayaan, Subic Bay Freeport Zone

b. National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) Result with 86% (or higher) grade under STEM

c. SF10 or School Report Card with a final grade of 85 (or higher) in Mathematics and Science

Scan and send the files in PDF to [email protected] with the subject RSHS-III SHS APPLICATION DOCUMENTS.

Deadline of submission is on or before June 1, 2020, 5PM.
