β
βAfter rendering the area thoroughly safe, the scene was formally turned over to the City Health Office (CHO), represented by Dr. Zero Mella, and the Office of the Building Official (OBO), represented by Building Inspector Engr. Dick Relator, for further evaluation and safety clearances.
