"My experience using the DICTโs eLGU System has been very positive. Through the system, we were able to establish a zero-contact transaction process, which greatly improved safety and efficiency. Because of the online payment feature, the volume of walk-in clients significantly decreased, resulting in shorter queues and faster processing time at the LGU.
The platform streamlines services such as permits and other transactions, reduces paperwork, and improves transparency. It also enhances monitoring and record-keeping, making operations more organized and efficient. Overall, the eLGU System has greatly improved service delivery and client satisfaction in our LGU.
