Mag-ingat at manatiling ligtas at malusog!

In view of the rising number of dengue cases in the province, and upon the recommendation of the Incident Management Team (IMT), PDRRMC hereby issues the following for public safety:

1. Pursuant to the DepEd declaration, all elementary and secondary public schools will have no classes from September 14 to September 16, 2026 because of their wellness break. Furthermore, classes in elementary and secondary for both private and public schools are hereby suspended from September 17 until September 18, 2026 to give way to the simultaneous clean up as a precautionary measure to safeguard the health and well-being of our students, faculty and personnel.

The suspension will provide the school and concerned authorities with an opportunity to implement necessary health and safety measures including sanitation, inspection of potential mosquito-breeding areas and other dengue prevention and control activities.

Students are advised to remain at home during the suspension and take appropriate precautions against mosquito bites. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children for any signs or symptoms of dengue and seek immediate medical attention when necessary.

1. All hospitals are advised to be on red alert for possible surge of patients.

2. All city/municipal and barangay DRRMCs are advised to monitor their respective areas and take appropriate actions.

3. All are directed to stay on heightened alert, coordinate closely, remain vigilant and cooperate with health authorities and school officials in preventing the further spread of dengue in our community.

So ordered.

πŸ“šβœ¨ Two Days of Learning, Sharing, and Growing!

The Elementary Department of San Antonio Integrated School, under the leadership of its school head, Mr. Joseph Villareal, successfully conducted its 2-Day In-Service Training (INSET) on the Early Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Program (ELLN) on September 10–11, 2026. The training was spearheaded by Ms. Maria Angelique A. Lumabad, Master Teacher I, who served as its proponent.

The two-day activity provided teachers with meaningful opportunities to learn effective strategies, share experiences, and strengthen their competencies in supporting learners’ language, literacy, and numeracy development. It also encouraged collaboration, reflection, and the exchange of best practices to help teachers create more engaging, responsive, and meaningful learning experiences.

Together, we continue to learn, grow, and make a difference in every learner’s journey.
