The Office of the Municipal Treasurer wishes to inform all delinquent real property owners that the two-year tax amnesty period granted under Republic Act No. 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), is nearing its conclusion.

⚠️𝙆𝙀𝙔 𝘿𝙀𝘼𝘿𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙀: 𝙅𝙐𝙇𝙔 𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

After this date, the mandatory waiver of penalties will expire, and all applicable surcharges and interests will be fully reinstated and collected in accordance with the law.

Taxes can be paid without penalty and interest starting from previous years until the 2nd quarter of 2024.
