The Municipality of New Corella, through the Local Civil Registry Office, formalized its partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) through the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) and the Administrative Petition for Correction Automated System (APCAS).

The signing was graced by Baby Jean P. Alid, CPA, MPA, OIC-PSA Regional Director, and Jessie A. Madulin, Chief Statistical Specialist of the PSA Provincial Statistical Office–Davao del Norte, together with Hon. Jorjan B. Federiso, Municipal Mayor of New Corella, and Jean Q. Jaspe, Acting Municipal Civil Registrar.

The MOA signing underscores the commitment of the Municipality of New Corella and the PSA to strengthen civil registration services, promote accessible and efficient registration processes, and ensure the timely delivery of civil registry services to the community.
