ABISO NAVOTEÑO | Mayroon pong PhilSys National ID Registration ang PSA ngayong Agosto 22, 2026 at Agosto 29, 2026 (Sabado), 8:00AM-5:00PM sa Navotas City Hall Lobby.

Walk-in ang pagpaparehistro kaya hindi na kailangang magpa-schedule.

Inaanyayahan po ang mga Navoteñong wala pang National ID na samantalahin ang pagkakataong ito.

Mga kailangang dalhin:
• Anumang Valid ID na may nakalagay na araw ng kapanganakan (birthday) at tamang pangalan; o
• Original Birth Certificate na may Registry Number (tinatanggap ang kopya mula sa Local Civil Registry o PSA copy)

Magkakaroon muli ng LIBRENG Mobile Late Birth Registration ang
City Civil Registrar's Office -Navotas para sa mga Navoteño na wala pang birth certificate.

Narito po ang schedule ng late birth registration mula Pebrero hanggang Mayo. Magtungo lamang sa mismong araw ng schedule ng inyong barangay.

Siguraduhing dala ang sumusunod na requirements bago magpunta sa venue. Paalala po na maaaring magbago ito depende sa edad at sitwasyon ng ire-register.
• PSA negative result
• Baptismal certificate
• Certificate of indigency issued by barangay
• Valid IDs of parents

Para naman sa mga hindi ipinanganak sa Navotas, kailangang sa lugar ng inyong kapanganakan kayo magpa-rehistro.

Simulan na ang inyong Road to Forever!

Register na sa Kasalang Bayan na gaganapin sa February 2026. Kumpletuhin ang mga requirements at ipasa sa ating Local Civil Registrar's Office sa 2nd floor ng Navotas City Hall o tumawag sa 8-283-7415 loc. 203.

Requirements:
1. PSA Copy of Birth Certificate of Applicants (if the PSA Copy of the Birth Certificate of one or both applicant is/are blurred or unreadable, a Certified True/Photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Local Civil Registrar will be needed and Baptismal Certificate).
2. Latest or Newly Issued CENOMAR from PSA
3. Latest Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA)
4. 2x2 picture (1 pc. each)
5. Valid ID of one or both applicants with address in Navotas City (Original & Photocopy)
6. If one or both applicants is/are annulled, a Certified True/Photocopy of the decision issued by the Local Civil Registrar from where the annulment is filed and Certificate of Marriage with Annotation from PSA.
7. Marriage Certificate and Death Certificate of the Spouse from PSA (if the applicant is widow/widower)
8. Birth Certificate of the eldest child (if the couple are living together for 5 years or more)
