WATER SERVICE INCIDENT UPDATE

Due to a grassfire that occurred at Sitio Grandstand, Brgy. Larrazabal, Naval, Biliran, a 4-inch distribution line was damaged by the fire, resulting in an interruption of water service in the affected area.

Affected Areas:
1. Grandstand
2. San Roque
3. Proper Larrazabal
4. Sitio Cogon

Our Maintenance Personnel immediately attended to the damage and successfully completed the necessary repairs.

Please allow some time for the water pressure to return to normal and for the water to flow steadily as the distribution system gradually recovers after the repair. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Repair of the leakage at tapping point at Redaza corner Inocentes St. Naval Biliran has been completed. Flushing was conducted, and we are still monitoring the area while waiting for the water to return to normal flow.

Please be advised that due to a leakage at the tapping point of the 4-inch distribution line located at Redaza Corner, Inocentes St., Naval, Biliran there will be an experience of low to no water flow in the affected area.

Affected Area:
• Naval Town Proper

WATER SERVICE ADVISORY

Please be advised that a 3-inch distribution line near the residence of Engr. Lumbab at Sitio Dapdap, Brgy. Agpangi, Naval, Biliran was damaged during backhoe excavation works for the construction of a concrete road.

As a result, the following areas may experience no water flow or temporary water interruption:

1. Portion of Anas Atipolo
2. Sitio Dapdap
3. Brgy. Agpangi
4. Brgy. Sabang

Our maintenance personnel are currently conducting repair works on the damaged line. Water service will be restored as soon as the repair is completed.

Pagkunhod sa mga sources sa suplay sa tubig kay tungod sa El Niño Phenomenon. Tungod niini nag limitado ang suplay sa tubig sa atong mga konsumedor.
