Following four years of successful management and operation of the Toll Food Processing Center Shared Service Facility (SSF) Project by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) โ€“ Cabucgayan School of Arts and Trades (CNSAT) as the project cooperator, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) โ€“ Biliran Provincial Office formally transferred the ownership of the SSF Project to TESDA-CNSAT.

The transfer was approved by the DTI Region 8 Shared Service Facility Regional Technical Working Group (SSF-RTWG) on 30 April 2026, recognizing TESDA-CNSATโ€™s effective management and sustained use of the facility to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The official turnover was conducted through a ๐‚๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐“๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐’๐ข๐ ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ƒ๐ž๐ž๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ƒ๐จ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐“๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐…๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐’๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐…๐š๐œ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ held on 14 May 2026 at TESDA-CNSAT, Brgy. Libertad, Cabucgayan, Biliran. The Deed of Donation was signed by DTI-Biliran, represented by OIC-Provincial Director Rebecca Cormanes, and TESDA-CNSAT, represented by Acting Vocational School Administrator Ma. Lourdes Ebina. Witnessing the signing were SupTIDS Ronelo Jamin, DTI-Biliran SSF Coordinator, and Glenda Pilande, TESDA-CNSAT SSF Focal Person.

The turnover marked the second SSF Project transferred to TESDA-CNSAT, following the institution's demonstrated management and successful implementation, ensuring the facilities remain accessible and beneficial to MSMEs and other users. The first project transferred was the Toll Packing Center on 12 December 2025.
