EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 006, SERIES OF 2026
In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President, the Local Government Unit of Naguilian, Isabela adopts energy conservation measures through the implementation of a FOUR-DAY WORK WEEK arrangement.
Despite this adjustment, essential services will remain fully operational to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of public service.
Exempted Offices include:
• Emergency Response Operations – PNP, BFP, and Ambulance Services
• Public Health and Medical Services – Rural Health Unit (RHU) and Birthing Center
• Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Operations – Naguilian Rescue 101
• Sanitation and Garbage Collection Services
• Traffic Management and Public Safety Operations
Other offices or personnel may still be required to report on Fridays when necessary, depending on the urgency of services and upon instruction of the Local Chief Executive.
The LGU remains committed to efficient governance, energy conservation, and continuous public service for the people of Naguilian.
