With deep sorrow and profound sadness, we join the family, friends, colleagues, and the entire Municipality of Naguilian, La Union in mourning the passing of Engr. Danilo T. Soriano, former Sangguniang Bayan Member and a dedicated public servant whose life was marked by integrity, humility, and unwavering commitment to the people.
For many years, Engr. Soriano faithfully served the municipality with honor and compassion. Through his years in public office, he became a voice for the people and a leader who worked tirelessly for the welfare, progress, and development of the community. His dedication to public service reflected not only his competence as a leader, but also his genuine concern for the lives of every constituent he encountered.
Beyond his position in government, he will always be remembered as a man of wisdom, kindness, and sincerity, someone who carried himself with dignity while remaining approachable to the people he served. His contributions, leadership, and invaluable service have left a lasting impact on the Municipality of Naguilian and on the countless lives he touched throughout his years of service.
Today, we grieve the loss of a respected leader, a compassionate public servant, and a remarkable individual whose legacy will continue to inspire future generations.
