📚🎒 Distribution of School Supplies for Grade 1 and Grade 2 Pupils 🎒📚

On June 4, 2026, a total of 150 Grade 1 and Grade 2 pupils of received school supplies through the initiative of Gusto Ko Bago Tabang Sabang, in partnership with The Heart of Hope Foundation – New York.

This meaningful activity aims to support our young learners by providing them with essential educational materials and encouraging them to pursue their studies with confidence and enthusiasm.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to The Heart of Hope Foundation – New York, our volunteers, partners, and all those who contributed to the success of this program. Your generosity and commitment to education continue to make a positive impact on the lives of our children.

Kung ang isang opisyal ng barangay ay:
tumatangging magbigay ng ayuda o serbisyo dahil sa personal na galit/interes,
nananakot o nagbabanta,
gustong “hawakan sa leeg” o gumagamit ng intimidation,
nang-iinsulto o gumagamit ng masasakit na salita,
o hindi nagbibigay ng barangay clearance nang walang legal na dahilan,
maaari silang managot sa ilalim ng mga sumusunod na batas:

Pinakamabigat na Administrative Case
Ito ang pangunahing batas laban sa abuso ng public officials.
Mga paglabag:
Abuse of authority
Grave misconduct
Conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service
Discourtesy in the course of official duties
Oppression
Discrimination dahil sa personal na interes
Mahahalagang Section:
Section 4(c) — Justness and sincerity
Dapat patas at hindi namimili ang opisyal.
Section 4(e) — Responsiveness to the public
Dapat mabilis at maayos magbigay serbisyo.
Section 4(a) — Commitment to public interest
Hindi puwedeng personal na galit ang basehan ng serbisyo.

Ang barangay captain at kagawad ay obligadong magbigay ng serbisyo nang patas.

Tungkol sa Barangay Clearance
Hindi puwedeng ipagkait ang barangay clearance dahil:
personal na away,
politika,
favoritism,
o galit sa tao.
Kailangan may legal na basehan gaya ng:
pending obligation recognized by law,
unresolved barangay case with lawful basis,
incomplete requirements.
Kapag walang valid reason at sinasadya kang gipitin:
Abuse of authority
Oppression
Violation of RA 6713
Conduct prejudicial to public service
