Mt. Isarog Natural Park Mt. It was first declared as a national park on July 20, 1938, by then former President Manuel L. Quezon.

"A protected MINP, effectively and efficiently managed in full cooperation and collaboration between and among stakeholders towards ecological balance, climate change and disaster resiliency, gender equity, global recognition, & sustainable development" Isarog Natural Park is proclaimed a protected area under Republic Act 11038, also known as the Expanded National Integrated Protected Areas System

(ENIPAS) Act of 2018 on June 22, 2018, amending RA 7896 or the National Integrated Protected Areas System (NIPAS) Act of 1995. It traverses portions of 23 barangays of six (6) municipalities of the province of Camarines Sur, namely: Calabanga, Goa, Ocampo, Pili, Tigaon, and Tinambac, and the City of Naga.

This decision was made due to repeated incidents of visitors not following safety guidelines, trail regulations, and official instructions despite prior reminders and warnings. Continued non-compliance poses risks to public safety and the environment.

The temporary closure will allow authorities to reassess safety measures, prevent further incidents, and ensure that future access to the trail is properly regulated and responsibly managed.

Ang FWA ay binubuo ng pinagsamang on-site reporting, work-from-home na iskedyul, o compressed workweek.

Upang matiyak ang tuluy-tuloy at maayos na paghahatid ng serbisyong pampubliko, hinihikayat ang mga kliyente na gamitin ang mga online system ng DENR-NCR.

Mahalagang Paalala: Ang Client Registration System (CRS) ay ina-access sa pamamagitan ng DNIIS platform. Ang mga aplikante ay kinakailangang mag-log in sa Centralized Online Permitting System (COPS) upang iproseso ang Tree Cutting Permit at Chainsaw Permit. Relative to this, please be informed that all activities near the major water bodies (falls, rivers, and streams) within Mt. Isarog Natural Park are temporarily suspended, as these areas are highly susceptible to flooding and are deemed unsafe for any activities.
