On May 27, 2026, in compliance with the memorandum issued by the Head of Office, Mr. Arthur F. Abonal, directing several employees of the General Services Office (GSO) to conduct a massive honeybee removal operation within the City Hall grounds, the team successfully carried out the safe removal of honeybees hanging from trees inside the premises.

The operation aimed to ensure the safety and protection of employees, clients, and visitors while maintaining a secure and orderly environment within the City Hall compound.

Throughout the activity, proper safety measures, teamwork, and coordinated efforts were strictly observed, resulting in the successful clearing of the affected areas.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all personnel involved for their dedication, cooperation, and commitment to public safety. 🐝🌳💪

Indeed, the Naga City Government excels in quick response and emergency action. The staff of the GSO immediately coordinated with the personnel of the PSO regarding an accident that transpired inside the GSO office, where one of our staff members, Marivic “Blondie” Dumaguin, accidentally slipped and fell inside the office comfort room while cleaning, resulting in the dislocation of her right arm.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Naga CDRRMO for their prompt response and immediate first aid assistance. Your dedication and efficiency truly reflect genuine public service and concern for the welfare of every employee.

ROAD CLOSURE ADVISORY. Please be advised that Barlin St. and Iglesia St. will be temporarily closed on March 13, 2026 (Friday), starting 8:00 AM, to allow the General Services Department (GSD) to conduct the removal of string lights installed during recent city events.

The road closure will be lifted once the work is completed.

Motorists and the public are advised to take alternate routes and exercise patience while the activity is ongoing.
