𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | Leslie Ann Ramos, former BKD Federation Vice President, presented their best practices and youth-driven policies that champion drug prevention, empowerment, and community resilience during the Coalition XChange Program Day 2 at the UNC Sports Palace this day, November 8.

The team shared their impactful initiatives and a strong commitment to building a drug-free generation, proving that unity and purpose make the best defense toward creating empowered barkadas and healthy communities.

Join the BKD Naga Forest-In-Our-Midst Program this 𝘑𝘶𝘯𝘦 28 𝘢𝘵 6 𝘈𝘔 𝘢𝘵 𝘚𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰 𝘈𝘭𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘢 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘸𝘢𝘺, 𝘉𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘴 𝘙𝘰𝘢𝘥, as we take part in tree planting and raise awareness for 𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗜𝗧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 with the theme “𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬: 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐥.” All schools with BKD chapters are encouraged and invited to join this meaningful event. Every step we take helps build a healthier environment and a stronger, safer Naga.

The Barkada Kontra Droga-Naga Federation, in coordination with the Naga City Dangerous Drugs Board, successfully conducted its Annual General Assembly 2025 at Peñafrancia Resort, Carolina, Naga City, March 30, 2025 with over 10 schools participating. The event gathered members, officers, advisers, and youth advocates from different schools in Naga City to discuss the organization's progress, elect new leaders, and strengthen their commitment to preventing drug use among the youth.

Health and Government Officials delivered messages focusing on the importance of youth participation in community development, public safety, and the fight against illegal drugs. They highlighted the role of young people in promoting positive change and encouraged them to take an active role in decision-making processes that affect their generation.

During the assembly, the outgoing BKD-Naga Federation officers presented their 2024-2025 accomplishment report, outlining the programs, projects, and activities they implemented to support the organization's mission. Aside from discussions and reports, the event also featured performances from members showcasing their talents in singing, and dancing. These performances aimed to promote creativity as a way to inspire young people to stay away from illegal drugs and engage in productive activities.

The assembly served as a platform for collaboration, where members exchanged ideas and strategies to further strengthen the organization's initiatives. By bringing together youth advocates, leaders, and stakeholders, the event reinforced the shared commitment to building a safer and healthier community for the youth of Naga City.

Naga City Dangerous Drugs Board (NCDDB), along with the BKD-Naga, held a drug awareness symposium at Camarines Sur National High School (CSNHS) last March 21, 2025, along with NCDDB. This continuous effort is directed to strengthen our advocacy and promoting about drug awareness and its negative effects.

This milestone signifies a key advancement in fostering a drug-free lifestyle, continuous transformative activities for the youth, and advancing a positive impact to our beloved community.

The BKD-Naga held a reorganization at San Isidro National High School (SINHS) last March 18, 2025 with NCDDB. This strengthens our advocacy against illegal drugs with this continuous efforts across Naga City.

With revitalized chapters, students are now more empowered to lead initiatives that promote a drug-free lifestyle and advocate for positive change in their communities. This milestone marks another step toward a safer and healthier future for the youth.

In a united effort to empower young leaders and raise awareness on drug prevention, Barkada Kontra Droga-Naga (BKD-Naga), in partnership with Camarines Sur International School Naga Branch (CSIS) and San Agustin National High School (SANHS), successfully hosted a basic drug orientation seminar and elected the new set of officers last March 12, 2025.

This impactful initiative not only deepened students’ understanding of drug prevention but also ignited their passion for leadership and positive change. With newly elected officers ready to take the lead, BKD-CSIS Chapter, stands stronger than ever in their commitment to building a drug-free, safer, and healthier future for the youth.
