Nagkaigwa ning free cats and dog spay and castration asin free anti-rabies vaccination sa mga alagang pets .This activity aims to promote animal health care lalo sa mga alagang pets asin ma control ang pagparadakol kang astray dogs and cats.

Ang LGU RAPU-RAPU headed by our very supportive Mayor Romel A.Galicia and VM Tom Galicia yaun po ang padagos pag suporta sa mga programang makakatabang sa satung banwaan.

Avail of FREE spay (female) and castration (male) services.
Location: Poblacion, Rapu-Rapu, Albay
Schedule: Monday (May 25, 2026)

Basic Requirements:
Dogs (Castration):
• For dogs 12 kg and below only
• Must be at least 3 months old and testicles must be palpable
Cats (Spaying & Castration):
• Castration: 3 months old and above, with palpable testicles
• Spaying: 9 months old or 2.5 kg and above
• Must be healthy

Reminders:
• Pre-register your pets at the link https://forms.gle/UEGJaHucsWXMnuYN7 to secure a slot!
• Pregnant, lactating pets may not be accepted.
• Follow post-operation care instructions carefully
• Pets must undergo minimum fasting of 8 hours before the procedure
• 1 animal per owner only is allowed
• Dogs must be leashed; cats must be kept inside a cage
• The Municipal Agriculture Office will not be responsible for lost or escaped animals
• Bring food and water for your own companions (not for the pets)
• As much as possible, avoid bringing young children and senior citizens to prevent accidents
• Owner must sign a Consent Form on the day of the activity

Ang LGU-Rapu-Rapu headed by our very supportive Municipal Mayor Romel A. Galicia and VM Tom Galicia through Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) in collaboration with Albay Vetenerary Office (AVO).Magkakaigwa po ning Medical Mission para sa mga alaga tang hayop arog lang ayam asin ikos sa maabot na May 25,2026,dahil sinda ang mga hayop na kurukaiba ta sa laog kang harung.Kasabay man tabi kaini ang castration o pag tibos sa mga lalakeng ayam asin ikos ngani dai na magparadakol lalo kung dai man masyado naaalagaan asin dai masusunod ang pagiging responsible pet owners.Ang aktibidad tabi na ini gigibuhon sa Brgy. Poblacion,an final venue to be announced nalang po.Magpalista nalang tabi so mga pet owners na gusto patibusan ang saindang alagang ayam asin ikos na lalake .Magpasiring nalang sa MAO Office.

Training on Organic Vegetables Production conducted at Brgy. Batan and Villahermosa, Rapu-Rapu Albay..

This training aims to increase the production of vegetables through using organic fertilizers and following of planting calendar.
Ngunian na panahon,dapat makaukod mgtaranum para maiwasan ang pig aagihan na crisis dahil sa pagmahal kang mga barakalon,kung igwa man lang na space sa bakuran ta,tanuman na puwede makasugpon kang pagkabuhay ta. Programa ini kang Local Government Unit headed by our very supportive Mayor RomelvA. Galicia and VM Tom Galicia through Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) para matabangan asin maturuan ang mga paratanum kang tamang teknolohiya sa vegetables production.

Salamat sa mga barangay officials kang 2 barangays sa pag assist kang nasabing activity asin sa Albay Provincial Agriculture Office (APAO) sa pag accomodate kang samung request para sa pa training na ini.Salamat din sa support kang ama kang satung banwaan sa mga programa para sa paratanum asin parasira sa satung banwaan.

BFAR FUEL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM para sa parasira..

Sa mga naghahapot po panu makaavail kaini,comply lang po kita sa registration ang licensing para sa mga may sadiring motorized boats.Ang Lokal na Gobyerno kang Rapu-Rapu sa panginginutan kang ama kang satung banwaan Mayor Romel A. Galicia and VM Tom Galicia para makasabay man po kita, Ang Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) ang mafacilitate saindo para ma qualify kita.

Ang pag comply man po kang registration ang licensing kang pigsisiraan na bangka sarung obligasyon kang mga parasira na may sadiring bangka. Nagtatao ini ning rights ang privileges sa pagamit kang satung Municipal waters using allowed fishing gears basi sa satung Fishery laws or Municipal Fishery Ordinance,asin malayang pagdaung sa mga daungan sa mga adjacent municipalities.

Igwa po kita established Fish Sanctuary and Marine Reserve (FSMR) sa brgy. Gaba (Nagpaga reef)Caracaran and Babat-ngon Point of brgy. Poblacion,Rapu-Rapu Albay.Ang purpose kaiyan breeding ground kang marine organisms lalo na so mga demersal species arog kang angul, bukhawon, bataway,surahan,lapu-lapu asin ibat ibang klaseng sira asin lamang dagat .Basi sa satung Fishery Ordinance,bawal po magsira asin maski anong klasing fishing activities sa laog kang declared FSMR kang satung banwaan.Ang Fish Sanctuary parang bangko na padakulonan lang kang sira,pag nakaluwas na ang sira sa fish sanctuary puwede na ini dakupon.Tigpunduhan iyan kang lokal na gobyerno sa panginginutan
kang ama kang satung banwaan na nagmamalasakit satu para sa sustinabling pangisdaan na sakop kang municipal waters. Igwang Bantay Dagat na regular na nagbabantay katabang ang PNP and Barangay officials sa pag manihar kang nasabing programa.Ang sisay man na magsira sa laog kang gish sanctuary igwa tabi na sisimbagon asin pananagutan sa batas.TARABANGAN PO KITA SA PAG MANIHAR KANG SATUNG KADAGATAN PARA SA MAUSWAG NA BUHAY KANG MGA PARASIRA.
