The ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ successfully brought together LGBTQIA+ leaders, ally organizations, and community partners in a meaningful dialogue toward a more inclusive and equitable Naga City.
Throughout the summit, participants collectively developed and affirmed the Naga City LGBTQIA+ Peopleโs Agenda, a shared vision and commitment to strengthen LGBTQIA+ organizations, advance civil and political rights, promote meaningful political representation, ensure safety and security, expand access to welfare and support services, and celebrate q***r culture and history. The discussions, learning sessions, and agenda-building workshops demonstrated the sectorโs unity, leadership, and dedication to creating a city where every LGBTQIA+ person is respected, protected, represented, and empowered.
The successful conduct of the summit marked a significant step toward establishing a stronger and more organized LGBTQIA+ sector that can actively participate in local governance and contribute to the continued development of an inclusive Naga City.
